During my road trip, one of my favorite places I visited was Nashville! Super cute shopping, eating and drinking … ohh and awesome graffiti walls! Check out more below on my trip to Nashville!
Yeah…Ok.. I have a confession to make… I didn’t actually know what a Honky Tonk was?? I sure do now! My sister in law “Auntie” has been living in Nashville for the last 6 months so we were looking forward to visiting her in her new stomping ground (and this was our scheduled laundry stop lol).
I knew very little about Nashville other than what I learned from watching the TV show and hearing about all the stars that move there “for more space and a quiet life”. WOW! I loved Nashville and learned so much! What an awesome city! My sister in law, Heather, lives in a fun new area called German Town; lots of cool new residential buildings and trendy restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. My favorite areas where Gultch and 21st Ave North. They really reminded me of Tribeca and Soho. Great shopping, restaurants and of course graffiti ! Heather took the kids for the day canoeing on the river while my parents and I got some much needed adult time. We went on a tour of the city, the RYMAN, of course the Johny Cash Museum and lunch on the rooftop of the Famous Saloon. I loved every minute of this fun city! On our way out of town we stopped off at the Loveless Cafe for Brunch! It’s worth the weight! ON to Memphis !!!
