Georgetown Cupcakes is AMAZING. I am truly obsessed with their store in Soho. It is adorable on the inside–such a great space and it’s all pink!
They are located in the heart of Soho, a perfect little bite if you’re shopping in the area.
They actually offer cupcake making classes which is totally up the kids alley. Anything that involves hands-on activities and sugar is a plus in my book. Basically, you just schedule a time and a number of people, and show up! They had the whole back kitchen set up for us which was so cool. They let the kids roll out fondant to make decorations and even taught us how to ice a cupcake perfectly. They even had mini cupcakes that were already decorated for us to snack on while we made our own creations.
The cupcake making class is perfect if you’re visiting from out of town. It’s also great for any after-school playdate. It would make a great date night and the girls and I are thinking of going before the holidays. What a thoughtful gift!? A box full of hand-decorated cupcakes. If you’re not into making your own, Georgetown has the tastiest cupcakes in all of NYC. I love the flavors Peanut Butter Fudge and Red Velvet. Make sure to get over there soon and taste for yourself!
