New Year, Same Resolution, New Look!

I know, I know, it can be tough to stay on track with your New Years resolution. I have the same resolution as last year…committing to workout. Last year, my workouts, well…they just didn’t work out! I had a lot going on so I decided to give up on my workout routine. This year, I have made a commitment to find time to exercise because it is so important for my mind, body and soul. I finally found the perfect time of day to squeeze in a workout… 6:30am is my sweet spot! It’s amazing to get in a great workout, shower, get dressed and go on with my daily routine. The energy I get from these early morning workouts is truly amazing; it really keeps me going all day. The best part of working out is that you have the perfect excuse to buy a new outfit for the gym. Workout gear with a Pop of Color is very trendy and perfect for any workout class.
