Obsessed with this lightweight gauze dress! I am having lunch today at this fun restaurant in south street seaport called Chloe! For the longest time I though it was the bag store, lol till I peeked in the window! They have the best salads and awesome outside perfect people watching seating. What to wear to lunch with the ladies!? This dress ha and all summer long! How cute are the ties in the back!
