It’s the holiday season and many of us are fortunate enough to take a few days off from work and go on vacation. No matter what you are doing this holiday season, it’s time to get packing. If you are anything like me, you probably struggle with what to wear/bring/pack! Here are some easy breezy suggestions no matter what your holiday vacay plans may be!
On the Slopes- going skiing this season? I’m bummed because I had plans to go skiing but not happening anymore since I broke my foot..boohoo…but the kids are still going! I still plan on wearing some of the below outfits while I’m sitting inside the lodge!! LOL
On the Beach- My favorite type of vacation and the easiest one to pack for! After Christmas in Connecticut, Grandma is coming to NYC to watch the kids while Josh and I head to Cabo!! I am sooo exited to get away with just my honey and ring in the new year with our friends!! Hmmm what to pack? Easy sundresses, flip flops, (I hope that my boot is off by then!) If not, what can a gal do?? Oh geee I know.. sit in a chaise lounge and rest by the pool!
Staying Home? This is also one of my favorite types of vacations. Nothing like a good staycation and relaxing on the couch. I was recently interviewed and one of the questions was “what is your favorite place in NYC”? I said…my couch! ha!!!
In the woods: this sure is a fun getaway especially because I live in NYC and it’s rare we get to venture into the woods. My Christmas in CT is pretty darn woodsy; it seems to me as if I get to check off each of these get aways into on week this year…wow…that sure is a lot pf packing !!
