Plaid plus leather plus foliage equals fall perfection. It’s an easy outfit recipe for anyone transitioning into the cooler months. A faux leather jogger makes it easy to transition out of your sweatpants and into the real world! Put on a basic white tee, a plaid blazer and you will be styled to perfection. Wear the top half with jeans, wear the bottom half with a jean jacket; get 2 looks out of one, the opportunities are endless!

A few weeks ago when I was in NYC working (and shopping), I came across this beautiful restaurant in SOHO. How cute is this lilac wall with green accents?!? LOVE! As I walked by, I noticed they were holding a socially distanced wedding in the courtyard. OMG, it was just beautiful! I had to take a photo in front of the flower wall and of course, show you my fall outfit! It is on trend, affordable and jean jacket worthy! This wall makes me feel like it’s almost spring! (Wishful thinking).
Warm wood tones scream fall to me; caramel, burnt orange, yellows and creams. These are all hues that can easily be mixed and matched. As I get older, I tend to buy things in colors that can be worn together. I try to stick to flattering/neutral colors that are easy to mix and match with what I already own in my closet.
A little black dress is always a good idea, especially in faux leather! Looking for that little black dress update? Here it is, look no further! This dress checks all the boxes for the latest trends; faux leather, balloon sleeves and tie waist. Perfect to wear for waist up Zoom calls, super sexy for a date night out or ideal for any upcoming socially distant holiday get togethers! It’s easy, breezy and looks great with tights, booties and a coat for colder days. This is a wardrobe MUST and the perfect price point!
You had me at wide leg jean. Looks like a super stylish denim but wears like sweatpants! I am a super fan of the turtleneck and have been buying the Tissue Tee style turtlenecks for years. To me, a turtleneck is a fab stylish statement, a very New England/East Coast posh put together look without trying too hard…in a good way… ha ha! AKA super chic, effortless and just overall fab! Pair your effortless turtleneck with a long necklace or pull your hair back to show your elongated neck with a bold statement earring. The turtleneck can always be dressed up or down! Don’t sleep on this winter clothing staple!
Corduroy is one of those fabrics that I dreaded wearing as a kid growing up in the 80’s…dreaded…Let’s be honest, it’s not the most comfortable fabric and far from “breathable” lol. Now that I am all grown up, I’ve come to realize that corduroy can actually be super cool.
