You had me at teddy bear lol! Yes, this trend is still going strong. How could anything named after a teddy bear possibly go out of fashion!? Ha! This look is exactly what it seems…a warm, fuzzy, snuggly coat. Since I’m focusing on wearing neutral tones, I opted for the “Neutral” color but this coat also comes in black. If you are looking for a coat that is a bit more upscale then black is the way to go. I love adding pieces with texture into my ever evolving wardrobe! (Also loving the oversized pockets)! The best way to style out this oversized coat is with slimming bottoms. A skinny jean or cropped jean with a heel is the way to go!

Do you remember having that one statement corduroy piece in your wardrobe as a teenager? Wait, did I just make myself seem old? LOL! I remember a pair of purple corduroy pants that I couldn’t live without! It’s been a very long time since I have spotted corduroy in my closet but now that it is making a comeback, I had to find something to add to my wardrobe.

I have been a huge fan of the simple grey hoodie for years, waaaay before it actually became cool (yes I have been around a minute lol)!  I wanted to show you that it’s easy to style out items you’ve had in your closet for years! There are certain staple pieces that withstand the test of time. We all have an old hoodie somewhere in our closet, right?!? Start incorporating it into your everyday wardrobe.

This is the time of year to wear your winter whites! The holidays are behind us, we are feeling cold and maybe a little drab (at least I am). Anybody else feel the same way? For those of you who do, it’s time for you to head right to your closet and pull out your winter whites! White on white is the way to go and trust me, you will be so surprised how your day will change for the better (a little brighter and lighter)! I am also positive you will get a ton of compliments because not everyone knows how to wear their winter whites!

So far, 2019 has been all about the neutral tones; camel, cream, tan and of course, my favorite neutral toned pattern…leopard. I love mixing and matching a variety of fabrics and textures. This super soft oversized cable knit sweater is the perfect compliment to this sleek animal print skirt! When I saw this skirt online, it was styled out with a black body suit and looked ideal for a night out on the town. Although I loved the look, I wanted to style out this skirt so it would have more of a friendly everyday vibe. Mission accomplished!

Pairing a skirt with an oversized (and untucked) sweater with a relaxed suede boot did the trick.
