Believe it or not, a fringe skirt is much easier to wear than I originally thought. I paired this black skirt with my trusty cashmere turtle-neck sweater. I opted for the low boot today but you can also wear it with a black pump for a party or an over-the-knee boot. Dress it up with some fun jewelry or dress it down with a jean jacket. This is a fun and flirty update to the little black dress and is perfect for this holiday season!
