Do you remember having that one statement corduroy piece in your wardrobe as a teenager? Wait, did I just make myself seem old? LOL! I remember a pair of purple corduroy pants that I couldn’t live without! It’s been a very long time since I have spotted corduroy in my closet but now that it is making a comeback, I had to find something to add to my wardrobe.
Corduroy really is a great winter staple that is classy and timeless. I am all about neutral tones right now! I’ve noticed I get a lot more use out of my neutral toned clothing because they pair well with just about everything I own. I fell in love with this coat and although I loved the fab colors it comes in, I opted for cedar since it is more practical for everyday use.
If you live in a warmer climate, this coat is all you need! If you are in for a long winter like me, you definitely need to layer a heavy cardigan or thin puffer underneath. I absolutely love my packable puffer from Uniqlo and use it ALL the time (great piece to own). Stay warm this winter but make sure to also stay fashionable!
