Over the knee boots are all the rage! Each season I treat myself to one new pair of Stuart Weitzman boots. This year, I chose a knee high flat! I have to admit, they are pretty $$$ but I think of them as an investment piece. They are such great quality and last forever (especially if you spray a weather protectant on them).
