Tea with Eloise
Tea at the plaza is every girls dream 🙂 Kingsley and I have been reading about Eloise for years and The Plaza came out with the most adorable concept: Eloise at the Plaza. As a treat for Kingsley’s 4th birthday, and since my mother in law was in town, I thought it would be the perfect time for a girls day at The Plaza. OMG, what an amazing experience, we loved every minute of it! The décor was so elegant; from the flower arrangements to the table settings and the service…it was just beautiful.
The best part about tea at the plaza…they have a menu completely dedicated to kids. As soon as we sat down, the waiter handed Kingsley an adorable pink menu with a matching pink napkin. At that moment, I knew we were in for a great day! After we ordered, my mother in law took Kingsley downstairs to visit the Eloise shop while we waited for our food. Talk about a little girls dream! Such a cute store and the setting is ideal for a birthday party! (Note to self…).
Kingsley was SO excited when the waiter brought out her own, kid-sized, 3-tier stand filled with finger sandwiches, chocolates and pink cotton candy. She felt like such a big girl! It was priceless. It was so fun teaching Kingsley about tea time and proper etiquette (not that she retained any of it) But to me, at this point in her little life, its about all about making memories! This was such a great experience and I highly recommend it to everyone!
